How Does Your Cart Work?
The Brow Buddy icon at the top right corner of the page is your cart. Once you click on this icon you will be able to edit quantities of the items. If you decide that you want to checkout, please click the "Proceed To Checkout" button.
How Do I Cancel My Order?
If you decide to cancel your order, please contact us here or send us an email at email@example.com. Be sure to state that you want to cancel the order in the "Subject" field and include your name, your entire order, and the order number. It is best to reach out as soon as possible if you wish to cancel your order. Once the order ships, we do not have the power to cancel or recall the order.
How Do I know If My Order Is Shipped?
Order Confirmation - We will send you an email as soon as our system accepts your order. This email will usually be sent within minutes of your order. Please contact us if you haven't received this email and we will confirm that your order has been received in our systems.
Shipping Confirmation - We will send this email as soon as your order leaves our warehouse. It will come with all of the tracking information for your order. Through this tracking information you'll be informed of the ETA and shipping progress of your order. Depending on the shipping option you choose, it may take a few days to receive this email. If it's been a few weeks and you haven't received your order OR your shipping confirmation email, please contact us immediately and we will look into the issue for you.
