What are your talents or passions outside of work?
I've always been captivated by the world of fashion and aesthetics. I
love doing hair and make-up. But great food and classic films take a
close second. |
Before working at BDB, did you
ever give any thought to your eyebrows -- or other people's
brows?
Once my brows were transformed for the first time at age eleven, I
became a brow shaping tyrant. All of my friends, family, and boyfriends
from then on were required to have tamed brows. |
What have you learned about eyebrows and the effect they have on the
face since working at BDB?
Eyebrows are an integral part of the naturally beautiful, polished look that everyone wants. Pampered brows aren't just a luxury, they inspire confidence. |
What kind of customer transformations
have you seen at BDB?
It's common to see timid clients, who have had traumatic experiences
elsewhere, walk in the door. But once they are greeted with a warm
smile and spend some one-on-one time with an artist, they leave with
confidence and a sense of pride, knowing that their input is valued and their desires guided their individually tailored brow transformations. |
What makes BDB special?
A passion for customer service and an addiction to great brows unify every staff member, from the corporate office to the salon. It's also rare to be around a group of people who enjoy spending time with all of their co-workers like the gang at BDB. That combination leads to an amazingly relaxed, welcoming atmosphere. |
