Returns
At bdb, we want all of our customers to be happy with their shopping experience. If you are unhappy with your order for any reason, simply return the products back to us within 30 days for a complete refund of the purchase price (less shipping and handling).

Order Processing
Most orders are processed within 48 hours. Processing time does not include weekend days. Orders which are placed during the weekend will be processed on the following Monday. There may be times when an item will be on backorder and you will be notified on when to expect it. Orders placed before 10:00 am PST will be shipped the same day. Orders are processed and shipped on business days only (Monday-Friday, excluding major holidays).

Shipping & Handling
All U.S. orders are shipped via the United States Postal Service. Domestic orders are shipped via USPS 1st Class Mail and can take up to 10 business days to arrive. International orders are shipped via USPS Air Mail and can take up to 21 business days to arrive.

International Shipping Charges
All International orders will be sent via US Postal Service, there is a flat rate charge of $9.95 to all international orders. Shipping time is estimated at 7 to 21 days. In some cases, you may be charged a separate customs fee. This fee varies on a country by country basis and is completely out of our control.

Sales Tax
We are required by law to charge 9.75% sales tax on orders being shipped to California. Orders being shipped to any other destination in the US will not be charged sales tax.
